About

We are Ashley and Leah. We live on opposite sides of the same ocean. Ashley sees the sun rise over the ocean, and Leah watches it set.

We love few things more than to collect as much light as the sun sends our way.

It occurred to us, as life got busier and more hectic, as problems grew and worries increased, that we needed a space to remind each other and ourselves of the brightness of the world. More specifically, of the things we love best, which are

bright
happy
simple
peaceful

Our goal here is to to remind ourselves to take a moment every day to find something bright, happy, simple, peaceful and to bring those things together. To gather them here and share with each other and you.
